I'm Rachel.

Owner, Rachel, is a Registered Nurse, Qualified Early Childhood Educator and Mum.
Rachel created The Nuptial Nanny with the perfect combo in mind; her love for weddings and working with children. When planning her own wedding with a young baby, she realised how tricky it can be navigating young children and weddings.
The Nuptial Nanny's vision is to give couples and their families the ability to relax into their wedding day.

The Nuptial Nanny offers a free initial phone or video call before you lock in your date. As a mum herself, Rachel understands the importance of having peace of mind, especially in the lead up to your wedding.

As the demand for The Nuptial Nanny continues to grow, Rachel has built a small team of nannies experienced in weddings, to ensure we have your wedding day covered. You can read a bit about them below!

Sue

Meet Sue! (aka, Rachel's Mum)
From a young age, Sue has had experience with little ones. There was a big age gap between herself and her two younger brothers and she’s always loved the company of children.
Sue started her career as a Nurse but now works as a floor manager in Pharmacy during the week
Sue loves spending her time looking after her young nieces, her granddaughter and the occasional weekend away with her husband
Sue is known for going the extra mile for others, her bubbly nature and her hardworking ethic

She will bring reliability, her fun energy and her commitment to making your day run as smoothly as possible, just as Rachel herself would.

Tegan
Meet Tegan!
​
Tegan holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has 6 years experience as a Lead Educator in a Early Learning Centre.
​
As well as being a Mum herself to her gorgeous daughter, Koa. Tegan has many years experience in babysitting children of all ages.
​
Tegan has a special interest in dance. She has worked for Showtime Attractions as part of the ABC network, performing for children as the
main target audience. Shows consisted of; singing, dancing, acting and engaging with
children ages 1-12.
​
She will bring her kind, nurturing nature, patience and love for engaging with children.

Sarah
Meet Sarah!
​
Sarah holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with 10+ years of experience in the industry.
​
Sarah is a Mum herself, with two young girls. She has a ‘can do’ attitude, excellent communication skills and passion for working with children and their families.
​
Sarah's most recent roles have been as an Early Childhood Trainer and Assessor, as well as Assistant Director of a community based long day-care and kindergarten.
​
She has also worked in Canada, where she was the Childcare and Resort Activities Manager at a Ski resort.

Abbey
Meet Abbey!
​
Abbey holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has many years experience working with children in a variety of roles.
​
During the week, Abbey's current role is at an Early Learning Centre. She has previously worked in a Before/After school care.
​
Abbey worked overseas in the USA for 3 years as a Camp Counsellor, which she thoroughly enjoyed. This role involved being leader of a specialised camp activity group, supervising children ages 1-15 years old,
​
Abbey will bring her vast experience implementing activities for young children as well as her bubbly nature and love for children and their families.
